NOLA Tree Project Branches Out Into Disaster Recovery…

…For Victims Of Catastrophic Flooding In Our Neighboring Parishes!

NTP Executive Director, Connie Uddo and Program Director, Robin Young have 10 years of disaster recovery experience working in post-Katrina New Orleans.  They feel compelled to jump back in to help families in South Louisiana who are experiencing some of the worst flooding in this regions’ history. Connie worked on the front lines of Katrina recovery as the founder and Executive Director of St. Paul’s Homecoming Center, and Robin worked rebuilding houses with Rebuilding Together New Orleans. Together they have coordinated over 75,000 volunteers and are ready to do it again!

We are in place in Ascension and Livingston Parishes already helping local partners, The Church International set up Recovery Centers in St. Amant and Livingston with more to come. We are pulling together volunteers to start the critical work of clean up and gutting.  If you are interested in donating please click here. 100% of donations received will go towards recovery work for Louisiana flood victims!

We are currently leading volunteers.  If you have a group of 6 or more, we can lead them on any day of the week, Monday thru Sunday.  Just contact connie@nolatreeproject.org
